Cancellations and Refunds

We hope you will be very happy with everything you have ordered from LIFE is Better in COLOUR. However, if there is a problem with your order, or you have changed your mind, please read the following information before getting in contact.

Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order up to 14 working days after the day of delivery. To do this, please inform us in writing, either via email or by letter. We are unable to accept cancellations by phone.

This policy does not apply to goods ordered by businesses which are exempt from the Distance Selling Regulations, or the following goods which are exempt from the right to cancel:

Any items which have been personalised or modified to your specification, post ordering. eg bespoke or custom made items

Business customers, or customers exempt from the distance selling regulations may not cancel or return any items which have been made to order.

This cancellation policy does not affect your legal rights – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Returning Unwanted Goods:

If you wish to cancel your order, please get in contact within 14 working days.

You must return the goods within 14 days of cancellation, complete with the original packaging, at your own expense.

You must take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are packaged adequately to protect against damage.

Refunds:

All monies paid for the cancelled items, including the original postage / delivery costs, will be refunded within 30 days.

Faulty Items:

If an item you have purchased from LIFE is Better in COLOUR turns out to be faulty, please get in contact as soon as possible. Depending on the nature of the fault, and the continued availability of the product - either a full refund, exchange or repair will be offered. This will be dealt with on a case-by-case basis, and will be actioned without unreasonable delay. Usually a digital photograph that clearly shows the fault is sufficient evidence, but in some instances, it may be necessary for you to return the faulty item. The cost of returning goods is your responsibility, however on inspection reasonable postage costs will be refunded, providing that the goods are found to be faulty. If the goods are not faulty, they will be returned to you - however you will be required to cover reasonable postage costs.
